Party Fee Varies (Depending on party size)
Travel Fee:
$25.00 Travel fee will apply to all packages up to 15 miles. .65 per each additional mile
Deposits:
A $100 Deposit up to 4 tents is required at booking - $150 Deposit fee for 5 tents or more. The remaining balance is due at time of event prior to set up.
Damage Retainer - $50 (Returned upon inspection of material/equipment at end of party).
All material is and shall remain sole property of Teepee Slumber Parties.
**ANY CUSTOM THEME WILL REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - DEPOSIT WILL BE USED AS UP FRONT PAYMENT TO ACQUIRE THEME MATERIAL.
Payments Accepted:
We only accept Zelle Deposits and Cash final payments at this time (NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED).
Is The Party Hosted:
We do not stay and host the party, but we do a walkthrough with the client at time of set up.
Bookings:
You may call or email us to schedule. You can also use our online booking portal. Though you make a booking, your event is not confirmed until your deposit and damage retainer has been paid, the terms & conditions, contract/waiver has been signed & returned. You may add additional tents if they are available.
Damages:
There is a$50 Damage Retainer required for each party booking, which will be returned after completion of party and break-down inspection. All equipment and material will be unpackaged in front of you. All our party material is cleaned after each party. Our representative with inspect all material and equipment with you at the time of installation to ensure there is no damage and everything is in working order. If there is any damage identified at the time of breakdown, your equipment & material retainer will be debited the amount required to repair or replace damaged equipment or material. Additional charges may apply depending of amount of damage and replacement necessity.
TeePee Slumber Parties is not responsible for damage or loss of our inventory once placed at an event location. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. The client will be held entirely financially responsible for any defacing of our property.
Safety & Cleanliness:
All our furnishings are curated thinking about your child’s safety and the good care of your house.
Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
All bed pillows are cleaned, sanitized and unpacked in front of you.
Pillow covers, linens and blankets are professionally cleaned.
Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after an event.
String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard.
Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses and rugs so they stay in place.
Every teepee pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector.
Items are replaced if necessary. You will not see any wear and tear on our equipment.
Cancellations:
You may cancel 14 days prior to your party to obtain a full refund. Any cancellation less that 14 days prior to your schedule party, your deposit will be forfeited unless you reschedule the party to take place within 20 days of the original date (depending on availability). There will be no 2nd cancellation nor rescheduling.
Custom theme party up front charges are non refundable.
YOUR BOOKING WILL BE AUTOMACTICALLY CANCELLED IN 3 DAYS IF DEPOSIT & FORMS AREN'T RECEIVED.
Teepee Slumber Party Overnight Rental (Indoors):
We will need two (2) hours prior to the commencement of the participants arrival for set up and inspection.
Step-up is on day of party between 8am and 12noon.
Breakdown will be on the date after set-up between 11am and 3pm. Breakdown should take between 30mins & 60mins.
All equipment and material is inspected with client at set up to ensure no damage and proper operation and at breakdown to ensure no damage and proper operation. After inspection, retainer will be returned to client.
Venue Requirements:
The room should be large enough to adequately provide space for tents and mattresses. All furniture and other items should be removed PRIOR to our arrival. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. There should be NO pets or smoking near the designated event location. Please let us know when booking your event how much space is available.
If your event should take place in a hotel or a clubhouse, please understand that you are responsible for all fees associated with that venue.
Food & Beverages:
We kindly request that only light dry snacks and clear beverages (no fruit punch or cola products) be consumed in the tents. We ask that no greasy or messy foods (especially those that are tomato based or have dark colored jelly) are served inside/around the tents. This is requested to help us maintain the highest quality of our linens and fabrics.
Issues & Concerns:
The decorative pillows are not meant for sleeping purposes, they are solely for decoration. The display trays in front of the tent are also used as décor and to hold any “extras” or favors the client may add to their package. Please do not use them for arts & crafts or to eat meals.
TeePee Slumber Parties is not responsible for any activities that take place during the rental period of our products that might result in an allergic reaction. Nor are we responsible for allergic/medical reactions that are a result of the food menu, wearing of costumes, materials given at the event.
Can Tent Be Moved Outdoors:
All our equipment and material are for indoors only.
Do My Guest Need to Bring Their Own Pillow & Blanket:
Yes, we suggest that your guests bring their own sleeping pillows and blankets. We do not provide pillows to sleep on due to hygiene reasons. We will provide a throw blanket.
